The best podcasts urge their listeners to be infinitely curious and challenge how they think about the world around them. This blog is meant to be a companion to the densest of episodes to the most fun. With my research, you can easily follow up on the topics discussed in a podcast with links to reference articles that help you decide for yourself whether the information is accurate or not. Together, we will go from passive to active listeners.

My name is Jonathan and I started this website as a means to organize my research on the topics I discovered in various podcasts. When I first started listening to podcasts, I found myself easily persuaded by the content I was consuming and never did I think to actually follow up on the information I had learned in order to validate its truth. I quickly learned, like Spiderman, with great power comes great responsibility. And as good as some of these podcasts were on the surface, their effect on me was useless, if not harmful, if I didn’t take the time to ensure that the material covered was indeed factual.

And like any pie – no matter how good it appears to be from the outside, you will never really know how good it tastes until you dig in. So, enjoy your podcasts and when you’re ready to indulge, head on over here to get your fix!

I apologize if you came here in search of real pie…
